3. Urgency application (IA No.1/2026) is allowed.
4. The present application under Section 528 of the BNSS is, in fact, the second application. For the same relief, the earlier application bearing C528 No. 2110 of 2025 was dismissed as withdrawn, subject to the liberty to file afresh in case any compromise is arrived at between the parties.
5. A perusal of paragraph 4 of the affidavit in support of the application would reveal that it only states that there are chances of an amicable settlement between the parties.
6. In such view of the matter, issue notice to the respondent no.2.
7. Steps to be taken within four days.
8. List on 26.02.2026.
