By means of the present application under Section 528 of BNSS, applicant has sought quashing of the charge-sheet, summoning order and the order of framing charge along with entire proceedings of Special Sessions Trial No.38 of 2025 (Case Crime No.03/2025), State vs. Annu Kumar, under Section 64(2)F, 65(1), 351(3) of BNS and Section 3A/4(2), 5(F)/6 of the POCSCO Act, registered at Police Station Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar, pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge/FTSC (POCSO), Roorkee, District Haridwar.
4. Counsel for the respondents prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
