By means of present application under Section 528 of BNSS, applicants have sought quashing of the order dated 15.10.2025 along with entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.2852 of 2021, Vineet Sharma vs. Prem Singh & others, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Roorkee, District Haridwar and the judgment and order dated 24.11.2025, passed by 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Roorkee, District Haridwar in Criminal Revision No.173 of 2025, Prem Singh & others vs. State of Uttarakhand & another.
4. At this stage, issue notice to the respondent no.2.
