3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant-Raja @ Irfan, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR/Case Crime No.114 of 2025 under Section 8/29 of NDPS Act registered at P.S. SIDCUL, District Haridwar.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant nothing was recovered from the possession of the applicant. He further submits that co-accused Sanu Khan has been released on bail in the similar offence by this Court vide order dated 13.02.2026 and on the basis of parity applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
6. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant has made out a case for bail.
7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the Applicant be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court. The applicant shall cooperate with the trial proceedings and shall not misuse the liberty granted to him.
