3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant-Vipin Thakur, who is in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime No.478 of 2025 (FIR No.478 of 2025) under Section 109, 125, 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(2), 352, 61 of BNS, P.S. Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is not named in the FIR; there is no recovery of firearm or any weapon from the applicant; applicant is not shown hurting anyone in the camera and video recording. He submits that co-accused Raghuveer Singh, Danish, Devendra @ DK, Satpal Lahoriya, Gurpej Singh and Jagdeep Bhatia were granted bail by the Sessions Court. He further submits that applicant is languishing in jail since 28.09.2025.
6. Learned State counsel has opposed the bail application.
7. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant has made out a case for bail.
8. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the Applicant be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.
