Heard Mr. Nikhil Singhal, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Siddhartha Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.
2. Perusal of service report of respondent no.4 dated 30.10.2025 shows that unserved notice received back with the report that address is incomplete.
3. On the request of learned counsel for the appellant, he is permitted to take steps for serving the respondent no.4 with complete address. Steps within two weeks.
4. Vide order dated 18.12.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, IA No.2 of 2025 was allowed and the records of Civil Appeal No.49 of 2022 and Civil Appeal No.50 of 2022, 'Smt. Sudesh vs. Smt. Deepa and others', pending in the court of 2nd Additional District Judge, Haridwar were directed to be transmitted to this Court. The entire record of Civil Appeal No.49 of 2022 and Civil Appeal No.50 of 2022 is received and attached with this file.
5. Since Civil Appeal No.49 of 2022 and Civil Appeal No.50 of 2022 are independent appeals, Registry is directed to register them as separate first appeals.
6. Let the said appeals to be connected with this appeal and be listed on 14.05.2026.
7. On the request of learned counsel for the parties, Registry is directed to prepare paper book and supply the same to them, as per Rules.
