2. This appeal is filed under Section 19 of Family Courts Act, 1984, challenging judgment and order dated 15.03.2019, passed by Additional Judge, Family Court, Rishikesh in Original Suit No. 189 of 2017.

3. By the said judgment, although the suit for divorce filed by the appellant was decreed, however, no order for permanent alimony was passed by the Family Court.

4. Parties were referred for mediation vide order dated 01.12.2025. Report of the mediator is on record.

5. Learned counsel for the parties submit that parties have arrived at a settlement according to which, the husband (respondent) was to pay Rs. 1.00 lakh, as fixed deposit in the name of Sapna Sharma (appellant) and also to give her Stridhan, including Gold Nath.

6. Learned counsel for the parties further point out that husband had agreed to pay Rs. 1500/- per month for her daughter's education till her graduation and he was given visitation right to meet the child.

7. Parties are also present virtually. They also submit that they were arrived at a settlement and whatever amount was paid by the respondent (husband) has been paid over to the appellant (wife).

8. In such view of the matter, present appeal is decided in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Mediator's report shall form part of the decree.
