Hon'ble Ashish Naithani, J., Mr. M.K. Ray, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Vikas Kumar Guglani, learned counsel for the Appellant.
2. Mr. G.C. Joshi, learned A.G.A. for the State of Uttarakhand.
3. Mr. Milind Raj, learned counsel, appears on behalf of Respondent No. 2.
4. The matter is listed for consideration of the Delay Condonation Application filed on behalf of the Appellant. The delay is reported to be of 415 days. The primary submission advanced on behalf of the Appellant is that the delay occurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
5. Learned counsel for the Respondents submits that the explanation so given is not correct and seeks time to file objections to the Delay Condonation Application as well as to the Appeal.
6. Let the Trial Court Record be summoned.
7. Upon receipt of the Trial Court Record, the paper book shall be prepared and supplied to the concerned parties, in accordance with the Rules.
