Mr. Aditya Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. K.S. Mehta, learned Addl. C.S.C. for the respondent nos. 1 & 2 and Mr. Siddhartha Jain, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 & 4.
2. The age of the petitioner no.1 is about 84 years and the age of the petitioner no.2 is about 79 years.
3. Both the parties submitted that the proceedings for mediation may be initiated before the Mediation Centre of Civil Court, Dehradun.
4. The matter is being referred for mediation.
5. The petitioners and the private respondents are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre of Civil Court, Dehradun on 06.03.2026 at 10:30 a.m.
6. List on 11.03.2026.
7. A copy of this order be sent to the learned District Judge, Dehradun for necessary arrangements.
