3. Petitioner has challenged the order dated 26.12.2025 issued by respondents-University whereby respondents-University has imposed a penalty of Rs.1,44,000/- upon the petitioner in respect of House No.11, Badi Market, Pantnagar, District Udham Singh Nagar.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents-University prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
