Mr. Aditya Singh, learned counsel for the appellants.
2. Mr. B.P. Nautiyal, learned Senior Advocate (through video conferencing) assisted by Mr. Mohd. Matloob, learned counsel for the proposed legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.1.
3. Respondent no.2 and respondent no.3 have also died.
4. Notice to the proposed legal representative of the deceased respondent no.2 was issued.
5. As per the report of the Registry, notice has not been served on the legal representative of the deceased respondent no.2 due to incomplete address.
6. Fresh notice is being issued to the proposed legal representative of the deceased respondent no.2.
7. Notice is also being issued to the proposed legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.3, i.e. nos. 3/1, 3/2 and 3/3.
8. Steps to be taken by all the permissible modes within two weeks on the correct addresses of the proposed legal representatives.
