Mr. Sandeep Kothari, learned counsel for petitioner.
2. Mr. Ajay Veer Pundir, learned counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation.
3. Vide order dated 13.02.2026, respondent- Municipal Corporation was asked to get instructions in the matter in respect of an admitted contractual dues as alleged by the petitioner in writ petition.
4. Today, learned counsel for respondent passed on to this Court written instructions dated 21.02.2026, which is taken on record.
5. On instruction, learned counsel for respondent disputed the fact that claimed contractual dues are admitted to the Nagar Nigam and various works conducted by petitioner is still not verified. He further informed this Court that work which has allegedly been done by the petitioner is of during the period when Nagar Nigam was Municipality.
6. In such view of the matter, respondent is directed to file counter affidavit within four weeks.
