Dinesh Kumar ............Petitioner
Vs.
Ashok Kumar ..........Respondent
Hon'ble Pankaj Purohit, J.
Mr. Harshpal Sekhon, Advocate for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Nikhil Singhal, Advocate for the respondent. Time Extension Application (MCC No.2 of 2026)
3. The order dated 18.09.2024 was passed by this Court with the consent of the petitioner, granting the petitioner 18 months' time from 18.09.2024 to 17.03.2026 to hand over the vacant possession of the demised property.
4. The petitioner has moved the time extension application to extend the time to vacate the property by next one year.
5. Since time has been granted to the petitioner on consent of both the parties, therefore, the prayer of extension is opposed by the respondent.
6. In view of the above, there is no occasion to extend the time already granted to the petitioner.
7. In the event of failure to vacate the premises as directed in the earlier order dated 18.09.2024, the decree shall be executed in accordance with law.
8. Accordingly, the application for extension of time stands rejected.
