Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was being paid pension; his pension has been unlawfully stopped. He further submits that in identical matter, i.e. in WPSB No.63 of 2026, on 06.02.2026, this Court has already considered the matter while considering the interim relief application , and had stayed the effect and operation of the impugned order/office memorandum dated 16.01.2026, till the next date of listing.
It is not disputed.
Having considered, as an interim measure, till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of the impugned order/office memorandum dated 16.01.2026, shall remain in abeyance.
Interim Relief Application stands disposed of, accordingly.
