6. On 8.1.2026, a statement was made by learned counsel for respondent nos.5 to 12 that the Investigating Officer is in the process of de-freezing the accounts of petitioners, and on his request, the matter was adjourned to 11.2.2026. Today the matter is taken up but still it is told that the petitioners accounts' are still freeze.
7. Learned counsel for respondent nos.5 to 11 submits that a letter was written by I.O. on 22.1.2026 to Nodal Officer of the Bank to de-freeze the accounts of petitioners but what happened thereafter, is not known to him. Hence he seeks a week's time to get fresh instructions in the matter as to what happened to the process of de-freezing the accounts of petitioners by the I.O.
