3. Ms. Divya, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Anil Kumar Joshi, learned counsel for respondent No.7.
4. Petitioner has moved recall application (MCC/3/2025) along with delay condonation application (IA/4/2025).
5. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there occurred some mistake in the affidavit filed in support of recall application, therefore, he wants to withdraw the same.
6. The permission, sought for, is granted.
7. Accordingly, recall application (MCC/3/ 2025) is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move a fresh recall application along with delay condonation application.
8. Since, the recall application is dismissed as withdrawn, delay condonation application (IA/4/2025) has rendered infructuous, accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
