4. For the reasons stated, delay condonation application (IA/1/2026) is allowed. Delay in filing the counter affidavit is condoned. Counter affidavit filed by respondent no.5 is taken on record.
5. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4 seeks and is allowed 48 hours' time to file counter affidavit in the Registry.
6. List on 16.03.2026 enabling learned counsel for the petitioner to find out as to whether any statement has been made by learned counsel for auction purchaser before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Dehradun that the matter would be amicably settled between the parties.
