4. Counter affidavit has been filed by respondent no.5 along with delay condonation application (IA No.2/2025). For the reasons stated, delay condonation application is allowed. Delay in filing the counter affidavit is condoned. Counter affidavit filed by respondent no.5 is taken on record.
5. Counter affidavit along with misc. application (IA No.3/2026) has been filed by respondent no.4 is taken on record. Misc. application thus stands allowed.
6. Respondent nos.1, 2 & 3 may file the counter affidavit within four weeks.

8. In between, petitioner may file rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit filed by respondent nos.4 & 5.
