3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the selection process of Assistant Teacher (Primary, petitioner secured 81.89 quality point marks while the candidate namely Anant Dobhal having only 81.59 quality point marks was selected in District Pauri Garhwal.
4. Perusal of the writ petition reflects that petitioner has not impleaded Mr. Anant Dobhal as party respondent.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted three days' time to move an appropriate application to implead Mr. Anant Dobhal has respondent no.4 who is going to be affected in the event writ petition is allowed.
6. List on 27.02.2026 as fresh.
