3. A notice dated 03.02.2026 has been issued by respondent no.3-Executive Engineer, Construction Division P.W.D. Pabo, Pauri-Garhwal, annexure no.1 to the writ petition, whereby it has been stated that the contractual services of the petitioner shall come to an end and he will be disengaged w.e.f. 09.02.2026 from the post of Junior Engineer.
4. The order has been challenged in the present writ petition with a prayer for consideration of his regularization.
5. The respondent(s) may file their counter affidavit(s) within four weeks.
6. List this case along with WPSS No.317 of 2026.
7. In the meantime, it is provided that the services of the petitioner as a Junior Engineer shall not be disengaged till the regularly selected candidates are available with the respondent-Department and also to pay remuneration to the petitioner regularly as admissible under law.
8. Interim Relief Application (IA No.1 of 2026) stands disposed of accordingly.
