Heard Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rajendra Arya, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Neeraj Garg, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2, 3/1, 3/2 and for the proposed legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.1.
2. The respondent no.1 died on 07.12.2024.
3. The substitution application has not been opposed by the respondents.
4. The Substitution Application (IA No.5 of 2025) is allowed.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has sought two weeks' time to file additional counter affidavits of the newly added respondents.
6. Mr. Piyush Garg, Advocate, has also sought ten days' time to file an amended memo of cause title.
7. Time is granted.
8. List on 29.04.2026 for final hearing.
9. Interim order dated 21.03.2024 is extended till the next date of listing.
