This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 16.01.2026, passed by learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Adjudication Case No. 6 of 2025, by which the learned Presiding Officer has denied the interim relief to the petitioner.
2. Heard Mr. Yogesh Kumar Pacholia, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Mr. Yogesh Kumar Pacholia, Advocate, submitted that four workmen unlawfully transferred out of the State during the conciliation proceedings. The said order was passed against the Standing Order.
4. It has been observed in the impugned order that the Trade Union states that the workmen are not currently working in the Plant.
5. Mr. Yogesh Kumar Pacholia, Advocate, submitted that a Civil Contempt Petition (CLCON 373 of 2024) is pending.
6. List on 23.02.2026 as a fresh case with the record of CLCON No.373 of 2024.
