1. Mr. Neeraj Garg, learned counsel for the revisionist.
2. Ms. Sukhbani Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2.
3. Both the parties are present in Court and they were directed to appear before the Counsellor for their mediation in pre lunch session. Counsellor submitted it's report. I perused the same and further interact with the parties.
4. Both the parties have two children, who are living with respondent no. 2 wife, who is a Graduate. Revisionist husband is working in the Jaguar company and getting salary in hand after deduction of Rs. 43,000/-. The Family Court granted maintenance of Rs. 23,000/- per month, however, by interim order passed by this Court the maintenance is reduced to Rs. 11,500/- per month.
5. This Court after interaction with both the parties is of the view that first of all attempt may be made to protect the future of the two minor children, who are living with respondent no. 2 wife and are studying in 5th and 8th Standard in Shivalik International School, Dehradun.
6. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that in order to protect the future of the two children interim order dated 06.10.2025 passed by this Court is modified to the extent that during the pendency of this revision, the revisionist shall pay Rs. 20,000/- towards interim maintenance for two children who are living with respondent wife. Revisionist shall ensure to credit Rs. 20,000/- per month on 7th day of each month in wife's account.
7. List on 23.03.2026.
8. On that date, both the parties shall join the proceedings through V.C. along with their children.
9. Revisionist along with his mother is permitted to meet with their children for which respondent no. 2 wife shall facilitate the children to meet with their father and grandmother.
