A Restoration Application was filed by the petitioner for setting aside the ex- parte order dated 28.03.2000, passed by the learned Sub-Divisional-Magistrate/ Assistant Collector, Ist Class, Laksar, District Haridwar. The Restoration Application was filed along with an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963. The Restoration Application and the Delay Condonation Application were dismissed vide judgment dated 29.07.2003. A Revision (No.14 of 2003-04) was filed by the petitioner. The said revision has been dismissed vide judgment dated 27.10.2025, passed by learned Additional Commissioner Garhwal Mandal, Pauri Camp, Dehradun. Hence, the present writ petition.
2. Heard Mr. Nikhil Singhal, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Mr. Nikhil Singhal, Advocate, submitted that the petitioner was not well from 18.03.2000 to 22.04.2002. The medical papers were filed by the petitioner.
4. Notice is being issued to the respondents. Steps to be taken within three days.
