Heard Mr. Devang Dobhal, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Devang Dobhal, Advocate, submitted that an Application for temporary injunction, filed in Original Suit No. 70 of 2026, "Smt. Dipti Sharma Vs. Hemant Ishwar Sharma and Others", is pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun. The learned Trial Court has fixed the date for hearing on 20.02.2026. Mr. Devang Dobhal, Advocate has requested on instructions to decide the present Writ Petition, filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, with a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun to decide the temporary injunction application expeditiously.

3. The said prayer is an innocuous prayer. 1

On the request of Mr. Devang Dobhal, Advocate, the present Writ Petition (WPMS No. 364 of 2026) is disposed of with a request to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun to endeavor to decide the Application, filed for temporary injunction, on 20.02.2026 and if the said Application is not decided on 20.02.2026 due to any cogent reason, then, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun shall decide the Application for temporary injunction as early as possible, but not later than two weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
