4. The present application has been filed by the Complainant seeking Special Leave to Appeal against the judgment and order dated 21.03.2024 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldwani, in Criminal Complaint Case No. 563 of 2017, "Uttarakhand Trade Links through its Proprietor Smt. Priya Agarwal vs. Rajeev", whereby the accused has been acquitted of the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, this Court finds that sufficient grounds exist at this stage to grant Special Leave to Appeal.
6. Accordingly, Special Leave to Appeal is granted.
7. The application shall be treated as a Criminal Appeal and is hereby admitted.
8. Let the Trial Court Record be summoned.
9. Upon receipt of the Trial Court Record, the Registry is directed to prepare the paper book and furnish the same to the concerned parties, as per Rules.
10. List this case on 17.03.2026.
