4. The present Criminal Appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 02.04.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Haldwani, District Nainital, in Sessions Trial No. 53 of 2021.
5. The Appellant, who was earlier in jail under conviction, was subsequently granted bail by this Court on 05.08.2024.
6. A Compounding Application (Paper No. 87) has been filed on behalf of the parties, wherein it has been stated that the parties have arrived at a compromise and the matter may be decided in terms thereof.
7. Objections have been raised on behalf of the State with regard to the said Compounding Application.
8. Let the parties remain present before this Court along with their learned counsels on the next date fixed, so that this Court may interact with them and pass appropriate orders on the Compounding Application.
