5. Counter affidavit has been filed by respondent nos.4 & 5 along with delay condonation application (IA No.2/2025). For the reasons stated, delay condonation application is allowed. Delay in filing the counter affidavit is condoned. Counter affidavit is taken on record.
6. Respondent no.6 has also filed counter affidavit along with stay vacation application. The same is taken on record.
7. As prayed, four weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
8. List on 19.03.2026.
9. In the meantime, respondent nos.2 & 3 may also file the counter affidavit.
10. Interim order dated 20.07.2024 is extended till the next date of listing.
