4. Today, the matter is listed on urgency applications (IA Nos.2/2025 & 3/2025). But, instead of pressing for the writ petition, an adjournment is sought by learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, the urgency application is rejected.
6. Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record. Misc. application (IA No.1/2025) stands disposed of accordingly.
7. List on 08.04.2025.
8. In the meantime, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply the copy of supplementary affidavit to the learned counsel for respondent nos.4 & 5.
