None was present for the petitioner on 29.08.2024. Mr. Jagidsh Singh Bisht, counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 was present. The Writ Petition (WPMS No. 600 of 2016) was dismissed for non- prosecution.
2. On 01.12.2025, four weeks' time was granted to file objection to the Restoration Application and Delay Condonation Application. Objections have not been filed.
3. Heard Mr. V.K. Kaparuwan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jagdish Singh Bisht, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 on the Delay Condonation Application and Restoration Application.
4. Perused and gone through the record.
5. In the interest of justice, the Delay Condonation Application (IA No. 2 of 2024) is allowed. The delay of 82 days is condoned.
6. The Restoration Application (MCC No. 1 of 2024) is allowed. Order dated 29.08.2024 is recalled. The Writ Petition (WPMS No. 600 of 2016) is restored to its original number.
7. Mr. Jagdish Singh Bisht, Advocate, has sought two weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
8. Time is granted.
