Mr. Sahil Mullick, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. B.D. Pande, learned counsel for the respondent.
3. Mr. B.D. Pande, Advocate has sought further two weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
4. Mr. Sahil Mullick, Advocate has opposed the said request and submitted that an execution case, filed by the respondent, is pending and the respondent is pressing the said execution case, but, he is not filing the counter affidavit.
5. In the interest of justice, two weeks' time is being granted to the respondent to file counter affidavit.
6. On the joint request, list on 27.04.2026. Till then, further proceedings of the Execution Case No.3 of 2024, pending before the court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Haridwar, are stayed.
7. Urgency Application (IA No.3 of 2026) stands disposed of accordingly.
