2. Mr. Yogesh Pandey, learned D.A.G. for the State of Uttarakhand/respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4.
3. Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel for respondent No.3, through V.C.
4. The present writ petition has been filed by petitioners for the following reliefs:
A. Direct Respondent No.1 to produce the original lease records before this Hon'ble Court.
B. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to restore the possession of premises to the petitioners and further compensate the petitioners for the illegal demolition and losses suffered. C. Direct the respondents to provide alternate land/shop to the petitioners in accordance with law.
D. Issue appropriate directions against the respondents for their illegal and arbitrary actions.
5. Respondents are directed to file counter affidavit(s) within four weeks.
