This is an appeal under Section 19 of The Family Courts Act, challenging judgment dated 09.04.2025 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Udham Singh Nagar, whereby the matrimonial case filed by appellant no.1-wife under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, for restitution of conjugal rights, was dismissed.
3. As per office report, there is a delay of 55 days in filing the appeal.
4. Issue notice to respondent on the Delay Condonation Application, returnable within four weeks.
