                            JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the petitioner made a statement that since the order passed by Writ Court has been complied, therefore, petitioner has no grievance left in the matter.

2. In view of the statement so made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for claiming the amount of gratuity and earned leave.

3. Contempt notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged.
