(L.A.) 40 of 2016 and along with the memo of appeal another application has been filed by the appellant-applicant under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condoning the delay of 133 (one hundred and thirty three) days in preferring the appeal.
Issue notice in the IA and also in the main appeal. The appellant-applicant may take steps for service of notice upon the respondents by normal process and also by registered A/D post within a week from today.
