The applicant-appellant has filed this appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 05.12.2023 passed by Learned Member, MACT, West Tripura, Agartala, Tribunal No.4 in connection with case No.T.S.(MAC) No.140 of 2015 and along with the memo of appeal an application under Section 5 of Limitation Act is filed for condoning delay of 86 days.
