CHATTOPADHYAY _O_ R_ D_ E_ R_ 04/10/2021 (Akil kureshi, CJ) Counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the judgment dated 06.04.2021 passed by this Court the petitioner was asked to take typing test which the petitioner passed. Despite passing the typing test and despite availability of vacancies in the cadre, the petitioner is so far not appointed within the time permitted by the Court.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable for 15th November, 2021.
