HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S. TALAPATRA Order 09/02/2021 In view of the order passed today in IA No.1 of 2020 and IA No.2 of 2021, this petition is taken up for consideration.
Mr. G. K. Nama, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent has violated the direction of this court, as available in paragraph-16 of the judgment and order dated 25.02.2020 delivered in CRP No.63 of 2018. Mr. Nama, learned counsel has apprised this court that the sole-respondent was supposed to implement the said direction of the court, but he has deliberately avoided implementation of the said order.
In this backdrop, this petition for drawing up of the contempt proceeding under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India has been filed.

Issue notice calling upon the respondents to show cause as to why a contempt proceeding under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India should not be drawn up for purported violation of the order dated 25.02.2020 delivered in CRP 63 of 2018 as prayed for; and/or any other order(s) shall not be passed as to this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
Notice is made returnable on 05.04.2021. The steps for service of notice on the respondent shall be taken within a week from today by registered post with A.D. JUDGE Moumita
