This is an application for dispensing the requirement of filing of the certified copy of the judgment to be challenged, here the common judgment and order dated 05.03.2020 in W.P.(C) No.871 of 2019 and others.

Mr. Debbarma, learned Addl. GA has submitted that the certified copy has been filed in WA No.24 of 2021.

Having regard to that statement, the applicants may file the appeal without furnishing the certified copy of the said judgment. However, the applicants have enclosed a photocopy in lieu of the certified copy, with that memorandum of appeal.

Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands disposed of allowing filing of the appeal without a certified copy.
