05.04.2021 This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed against the impugned judgment and order dated 05.04.2018 passed by the Sessions Judge, North Tripura, Dharmanagar in Crl. Appeal No. 2 of 2016 affirming the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 05.12.2015 passed by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kanchanpur, North Tripura in case No. GR 106 of 2012 convicting the petitioners under Sections 197,193,466 and 468 IPC and sentencing them to various terms of imprisonment for the said offences.
Heard Mr. Ratan Datta, learned PP appearing for the State respondent.
None appears for the convict petitioner when the matter is called out for hearing.
