                            ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 7 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.5250 of 2023 on the file of the learned VI Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad at Nampally.

2. Heard Mr.K.Ashok Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1.

3. When this Court is not inclined to entertain the criminal petition on the ground that specific allegations are levelled 2 against the petitioners and the grounds raised in the criminal petition require adjudication by the trial Court, at this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 7 in C.C.No.5250 of 2023 on the file of the learned VI Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad at Nampally.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioners.

5. In view of the above submissions, the presence of the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 7 in C.C.No.5250 of 2023 on the file of the learned VI Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad at Nampally, is dispensed with, subject to the condition that they shall be represented through their counsel on each and every date of hearing. If the presence of the petitioners is required, they shall appear before the trial Court. In case of their non-appearance on the specific date fixed by the trial Court for their appearance, the trial Court is entitled to proceed with the matter, in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of. 3

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
