                              ORDER:

This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused Nos. 2 to 4 and 6, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.18 of 2021, on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial First Class Magistrate, Devarakonda, Nalgonda District, for the offences under Sections 188 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 3 of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 and Section 51(a) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005.

2. Heard Mr. Pagilla Naveen, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Jithendar Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised in the present criminal petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.5014 of 2025, dated 15.04.2025.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioners.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the respective parties and the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.5014 of 2025, dated 15.04.2025, this criminal petition is allowed. The proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 4 and 6 in C.C.No.18 of 2021, on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial First Class Magistrate, Devarakonda, Nalgonda District, are hereby quashed.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
