                               ORDER:

This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.12 and 15, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1072 of 2020, on the file of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, at Jagtial, Jagtial District, for the offences under Sections 341 read with 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') and Section 3(XII) of the Town Nuisance Act, 1889.

2. Heard Mr. MD Jameel Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Jithendar Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised in the present criminal petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.4628 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioners.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the respective parties and the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.4628 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025, this criminal petition is allowed. The proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.12 and 15 in C.C.No.1072 of 2020, on the file of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, at Jagtial, Jagtial District, are hereby quashed.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
