ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:
"... to issue a Writ, order or orders more particularly a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in unilaterally executing the cancellation deed dated 26th May 2015 in Doc.No.2560/2015 cancelling the gift settlement deed dated 31.03.2008 bearing Doc.No.1850/2008 on the file of Sub Registrar, Ghatkesar, in respect of plot bearing No.486 in Sy.Nos.127(P), 128, 136(P), 137(P), 138(P), 139(P), 145(P), 154/A & 155/A admeasuring 300 Square yards or 250.8 Sq.Mtrs., situated at Ghatkesar village & Grampanchayat Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary, illegal, void ab-initio, violates the Principles of Natural Justice and against the Articles 14 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2 Respondents 2 & 3 to cancel the cancellation deed dated 26th May, 2015 bearing Document No.2650/2015 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. Mr. B. Rajeshwar Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner, addressed a letter dated 18.03.2026 to the Registrar (Judicial) seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach civil Court. A letter of the writ petitioner dated 12.03.2026 addressed to counsel is annexed along with the letter of counsel on record to Registrar (Judicial). The contents of the letter dated 18.03.2026 are as follows:
"... With reference to the above subject, the Writ Petitioner in the above Writ Petition sent a letter for withdrawal of the above Writ Petition with liberty in the eyes of law, copy of which is enclosed herein.
Therefore, I pray that your honour may kindly direct the Registry Application for Withdrawal of Writ Petition WP.No.31627 of 2022."
3. In view of the letter dated 18.03.2026 and letter dated 12.03.2026, permission is accorded for withdrawal and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, granted shall stand vacated. Needless to 3 state that it is open for writ petitioner to pursue remedies available in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
