                              :ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following prayer:

"...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction and more particularly one in the nature of the Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent in not notifying the fee of Rs.1,60,000/- for the block period of 2016-17 to 2018-19 under Rule 4 of the 'Telangana Admissions and Fee Regulatory Committee' (Professional Courses Offered in Private, Un-aided Professional Institutions) Rules, 2006 as contrary to the Orders dated 27.06.2017 in WAMP No.1554 of 2017 in WA No.798 of 2017, illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondent to notify the fee of Rs.1,60,000/- for the block period of 2016-17 to 2018-19 under Rule 4 of the 'Telangana Admissions and Fee Regulatory Committee' (Professional Courses Offered in Private, Un-aided Professional Institutions) Rules, 2006 and pass..."

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs. G.Sridevi, learned counsel representing Mr. M.Srikanth, learned counsel for 2 the petitioners submits that the present writ petition was filed in respect of the block period 2016-17 to 2018-19 relating to fee. She further submits that due to the efflux of time, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
