ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by the trial Court in its order dated 13.03.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.71 of 2026 in Crime No.20 of 2026, which reads as follows:

ii. The petitioner/accused shall appear before the Station House Officer, RPS, Mahabubnagar, on every Friday between 9:00 AM and 4;00 PM, till filing of the charge sheet.

2. Heard Sri K.S.S. Ayyubhi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Sri M.Ramachandra Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner resident of Bihar State and due to long distance it is not possible for him to comply with the condition of appearing before the Station House Officer on every Friday. He further submitted that investigation is already completed. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner prays the Court to relax the said condition.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor did not oppose the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and prayed the Court to pass appropriate orders.

5. Upon consideration of the submissions made and on perusal of the material available on record it appears that petitioner is the resident of Bihar. As seen from the record, the material part of the investigation is already completed. Considering the long distance, this Court deems it fit to relax the condition No.2 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.71 of 2026.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when his presence specifically required.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
