                              ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.1818 of 2025 of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad District, wherein the petitioners were arrayed as accused Nos.1, 2 and 4 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 342, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989,

2. Heard Sri Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior counsel representing Mr. B.A.Prakash Reddy, learned counsel for the 2 petitioners and Mr.V.Jithendar Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1.

3. During the course of hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, basing upon the written instructions furnished by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Madhapur Division, Cyberabad Commissionerate, submitted that the Investigating Officer after conducting investigation filed the final report before the learned Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases Under SC/ST (POA) Act- cum-VII Addtiional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar on 25.02.2026 stating the case has been referred as "Lack of Evidence". He placed a copy of written instructions. By virtue of the same, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for consideration.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
