ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents No.3 and 4 in not considering the petitioner representation dated 17.10.2025 and F-Line Application No.DER022601256587 for conduct of survey, demarcate and fix the boundaries in respect of the lands 1) in Sy.Nos.72//A/2/ 1/1/2/1 and 236/Ru2/2/1/1, admeasuring Ac.1.0075 guntas,

2) in Sy.Nos.236/Ru1/1/2, 72AA/2/2 and 74/AA/1/2 admeasuring Ac.2.33.75 guntas, 3) in Sy.No.236/Ru1/ 2/1, 72/AA/2/1/1/1/2/1 and 236/EE/1 admeasuring Ac.0.14.75 guntas, 4) in Sy.No.236/UU, 236/U/2, 74/E/1/2 and 72/AA/2/1/2 admeasuring Ac.2.33.75 guntas, 5) in Sy.No.236/A2/2, 236/A1/2 and 236/A1/2/1 2 admeasuring Ac.2.0100 guntas, total admeasuring Ac.9.03 guntas, situated at Narkhuda Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being, illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Telangana Bhu Bharathi Act 1 of 2025 and Telangana Survey And Boundaries Act 1923.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

3. Petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of the subject land on the strength of Pattadar Pass Book bearing No.T05230111021. The petitioner submitted representation dated 17.10.2025 for conducting survey and fixation of boundaries in respect of the subject land. Thereafter, on being advised, the petitioner submitted F-Line Application No.DER022601256587 dated 07.02.2026 under the Bhu Bharathi Portal.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that the F-Line application of the petitioner will considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.3 and 4 to consider the F-Line Application No.DER022601256587 dated 07.02.2026 submitted by the 3 petitioner for conducting survey, demarcation and fixing the boundaries in respect of the lands 1) in Sy.Nos.72//A/2/1/1/2/1 and 236/Ru2/2/1/1, admeasuring Ac.1.0075 guntas,

2) in Sy.Nos.236/Ru1/1/2, 72AA/2/2 and 74/AA/1/2 admeasuring Ac.2.33.75 guntas, 3) in Sy.No.236/Ru1/ 2/1, 72/AA/2/1/1/1/2/1 and 236/EE/1 admeasuring Ac.0.14.75 guntas, 4) in Sy.No.236/UU, 236/U/2, 74/E/1/2 and 72/AA/2/1/2 admeasuring Ac.2.33.75 guntas, 5) in Sy.No.236/A2/2, 236/A1/2 and 236/A1/2/1 admeasuring Ac.2.0100 guntas, total admeasuring Ac.9.03 guntas, situated at Narkhuda Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested persons and pass orders within a period of forty five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as costs.
