 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief/s :

"....to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Writs Order or Direction declaring and setting aside the Preliminary Notification dt.08.12.2017 in No.G1/5315/2015 on the file of the 3rd Respondent Order dated 17.12.2018 in Proc.No.B3/5441/2016 on the file of the 4th Respondent and Declaration dt.02.01.2019 in No.G1/5315/2015 issued by 3rd Respondent as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Arts 14 and 300-A of Constitution of India apart from being ultra vires the provisions of Section 15 of Act 30 of 2013 Award costs and pass...".

Heard Mr. K.Devender, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for HMDA appearing for respondent No.2, Ms. Radha Reddy Katta, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5 and Mr. Vivek Salver, learned Assistant Government Pleader for R&B appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.6 and 7. -2-

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that during the pendency of the writ petition, respondent No.4 issued a Memo No.B3/5441/2016, dated 30.03.2026, whereby respondent No.3 proposed to withdraw the subject land acquisition proceedings. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Recording the above said submission by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in these appeals, shall stand closed.
