JUDGMENT:(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the appellant has handed over the original DD of Rs.32,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty two lakhs only) to the respondents in the open Court and the learned counsel for the respondents has also acknowledged the same.
2. To demonstrate that the case has been settled between the parties, the parties have filed joint compromise memo, dated 27.01.2025 and contended that the present appeal may be closed in terms of the joint compromise memo filed by the parties.
3. This Court, having considered the submissions made by the parties, is of the view that the present Appeal can be disposed of in terms of joint compromise memo, dated 27.01.2025 filed by the parties.

4. With the above observations, the Appeal is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
